HC 1600 Series Grades
The HC1600 series is a directional wear plate for abrasion applications. Available in Tungsten for high abrasion low impact and Niobium for high Impact with medium abrasion applications. The HC1650 is cost efficient, wear resistant clad plate with a huge saturation of chrome carbides and is best suited for medium abrasion and impact applications. G65 tests prove the HC 1600 series has outstanding abrasion results with increased wear life over AR 400 plate.

Directional with a High Chrome content, rich in M7c3 carbides. This Anisotropic Globally Specified wear plate is used in abrasion applications to increase the life cycle over standard QT or AR plate.
Designed for impact, with a High Chrome and Niobium content. This Globally Specified wear plate is used in high impact applications to increase the life cycle over the traditional chromium carbide wear plate.
Designed for severe abrasion, with High Chrome and Tungsten content. This Globally Specified wear plate is used in specific applications to increase the life cycle over traditional chromium carbide wear plate.
